The Convenience Of An All In One Printer
Most people don t like to have a boss, but not everyone can work on their own. But working from home can be fairly expensive. Anyone who has worked from home can attest to the high cost of home office equipment. Standard office equipment includes a fax machine to send and receive documents quickly, a copier for making multiple copies of paperwork, a scanner for uploading information, and a printer for a variety of paperwork-related tasks. Adding them all up can hit you hard in the wallet and clog up your workspace. Luckily for anyone with a home office, there is a simple solution: an all-in-one printer. The greatest advantage of the all-in-one printer is that it integrates three sizable machines into one conveniently-sized device. The all-in-one printer can fit easily on the surface of a desk or shelf, freeing up surface space for other things. Installing the printer s software is simple to do, with easy step-by-step instructions to guide you through the...

Saving Bonds
These are not tradable anywhere in the market. The bonds are non-marketable securities. For any buying and selling activity, you need to go to the agents authorized by the government. These agents are called Issuing and Paying agents. The saving bonds are registered securities. This means that they are registered and held in name of the person who owns them. Generally there are three series of interesting saving bonds. You can easily buy the EE bonds at a discount of half their face value. There is however a limit. There is a ceiling of 30,000 on the face value during any calendar year. These bonds increase in value as the interest accrues accumulates. They will generate for you interest for 30 years. When EE bonds mature, or are due for maturity, you get your original investment back plus all of the interest also. They are the accrual type of marketable securities. Series HH Bonds: They are available for purchase only in exchange for Series EE or E bonds and...

Antenna - How One Works
It s probably not something many people are interested in unless they re some kind of an electrical engineer or just bored, but understanding how an antenna works can be useful when the one on your TV or radio goes south on you and the reason is beyond your comprehension. Trying to explain how an antenna works in simple English is not an easy task as there are a lot of technical specifications that need to be explained. But a general understanding is possible without getting into tech speak that would make Einstein cringe. In order for an antenna to work it has to radiate. Your antenna, whether TV or radio has what is called free electrons running through it. It is these free electrons that vibrate. The question becomes, how do these free electrons vibrate and what causes them to vibrate. Well, in real life it takes an electric field to move an electron. If you take an isolated straight dipole, the power comes from the combined fields of all the charged...

Performance Parts 101
In the automotive industry, the term performance parts is used for a variety of car and truck parts or accessories, that are designed to enhance a vehicle s performance. The term is generally tied to the aftermarket industry which makes sense considering that car or truck enhancement parts or accessories are typically purchased after the original purchase. manufacturers won t create performance parts, because they often do. Products such as Borla Exhausts, K N Air Intake filters, ReadyLift Suspension Kits, or Bilstein shocks are considered performance parts because they are created to enhance car or truck performance. exhaust, intake filter, suspension kit, or shocks that come with the newly purchased vehicles are generally stock parts designed to meet standards at a reasonable price. Someone looking to boost their car or truck s performance will then purchase an aftermarket part designed to boost performance. Strictly being aftermarket however, does not...

Jelly Beans Aren T Just For Easter Anymore
When I was little, jelly beans were found in most stores at only one time of the year and that was during the Easter season. The choices were very limited, typically the regular assorted bag of flavors and colors or bags of spiced jelly beans. Today, there is vast array of jelly bean choices along with some unusual flavors. And you can find jelly beans all year long on the store shelves or via the Internet. The most popular year-round jelly bean is probably Jelly Belly . They come in dozens of colors and flavors such as the pretty multi-colored tutti fruiti flavored ones to the surprisingly delicious buttered popcorn ones, to the intensely flavored jalape o Jelly Belly jelly beans. Jelly beans are definitely not just for Easter anymore. One of my favorite things to receive is a bag of jelly beans that announce the birth of a baby. I ve received little bags of either pink or blue jelly beans announcing It s as Girl or It s a Boy. They re cute and something that...

Tips On How To Consolidate Bills
Do you think that it s about time to consolidate your bills. Can you feel your different debts creeping up on you. If that is the case, then you should consider the fact that there are many ways for you to consolidate bills. But what is consolidation. Debt and bill consolidation is when you acquire a singular debt in order to pay off your many bills. This way, you unify all of your debts, with their varying interest rates, into one debt with a single interest rate. If you consolidate bills, you remove a lot of complications from paying your bills. First of all, if you consolidate bills, you remove the hassle of having different interest rates. This makes payment easier for you. If you have bills that have high interest rates, you may not want to continue having that interest keep compounding on you. If you consolidate bills, those high interest rates will be replaced by more reasonable ones. This would give your pockets a break. And we all know how much our...

Can People Learn How To Lead Via Computer Simulations
Frequently the successes and failures of social organizations, like states, corporations, clubs, army troops, teams, etc., are associated to a great extent to the leadership abilities of their constituents. In every small or large, formal or informal, social organization leadership consists one of the most significant parameters, which determines the organization s cultural values, its operation and its development. For several centuries this topic has been of major concern in a substantial number of social sciences among which are history, sociology, psychology, political science and philosophy. There is a statement saying that within a team everyone leads. This practically means that in the end no one leads. Our typical reaction to such statements is to conclude that leadership, itself, must therefore be absent. That response is not only overly simplistic, it is also false. Leadership, to be present, must not be monolithic. It can be shared. Since it can be...
